Psalm 25:4-6, 7-9
Matthew 21:23-27

What will you do if someone threatens to take your name to a native doctor? If you are a true Christian, you will pray and do nothing. Yes, do nothing and go about your business. Our greatest enemy as Christians is fear. When the devil succeeds in making you believe that he has any power over you, you are finished. Scripture reminds us of who we are when it says:
Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).
No weapon fashioned against me shall prosper. And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Humble yourself before the Lord and he will exalt you (James 4:10).
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5,6).
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance (James 1:2,3).
In the Book of Numbers, God showed who is boss by making Balaam, who was paid to lay a curse on Israel, into a fan boy. Imagine your greatest hater becoming your hype man overnight. Only God can do that. But God responds to our faith and not our fear. Do you believe that God can raise tongues of blessings from tongues that wish to condemn and malign you? He will either use them to bless you or throw them into confusion as He did to the Pharisees who questioned Jesus maliciously (Matthew 21:23-27).
For your part, you must do the following:
Pray before every activity. Invite the Spirit of Wisdom into your heart.
Speak the truth at all times—never lie to yourself.
Be a person of integrity and avoid silly mistakes.
Speak less—use words only when necessarily. The more words you say, the more mistakes you will make.
Go to confession today and make peace with God.
Be generous with the needy.
Never entertain fear or worries—they are the twin children of the devil.
Which of these do you need to start doing as soon as possible? Let me know with your comments. If you implement them in your life, you shall be protected from the devil’s schemes and tests.

To surrender your life to Christ, say this prayer aloud. “Father, I acknowledge my sin against You. I repent and ask for forgiveness, in the name of Jesus. I surrender to the Lordship of Jesus. By the power of Your Holy Spirit, take control of my heart and lead me in Your path of righteousness. Thank you, Lord.”
If you said the prayer, Congratulations! Prayerfully look for a living church and meet the resident reverend, pastor or priest.
Prayer:
No evil plan of the enemy shall ever prevail in your life.
Goodness and mercy shall follow you always.
The blessings of God shall never run dry in your life.
May God’s healing mercy descend upon you today.
May God remove lying spirit from you and fill you with the spirit of truth.
May God cause all your plans this week to succeed beyond your expectations in Jesus’ name. Amen.
May God protect you as you go out and return today, and always.
May the favour of God be upon you always.
Those who rise to condemn you shall soon sing your praise and the glory of God shall be evident in your life through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Walls of opposition are falling in your favour. Words of recognition are rising for your benefit in Jesus' mighty name.
