Today’s Reading:
Ezekiel 2:2-5
“For they are impudent children and stiff hearted. I do send thee unto them, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD.” (v. 4)
The people chosen, have gone wild away from the One who chose them for Himself, everyone going about their wicked and rebellious ways without minding what God thinks. In fact, God knows who they are. He called them ‘rebels’ who He made children of promise and love. They have boarded the way of the transgression of their fathers (v.3) yet, the love of the Lord makes Him look upon them favourably, in His goodness. The Merciful keeps His loving banner flying high over the stiff hearted. He calls them back in righteousness who are long gone in their rudeness, and says to the sinful, you are Mine to cleanse saying, “if your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as white as wool.” (Isaiah:1:18).
It is not for who you are, if so, you would have been long perishing or dead. It is for who God is, the Merciful who choose to love even the most horrible sinner. It is His will that all are saved, that includes you and me. He loves us all regardless of our impudence.
How long more before you turn back to God who yet in His mercy calls you home in love? Thus, saith the Lord “Ye have sold yourselves for nought; and ye shall be redeemed without money. (Isaiah 52:3). Even now is deliverance and salvation free for you if you come, you shall be comforted in Jesus.
Amen.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for drawing me to prayer and power, in Jesus name.
Thank You for the salvation of my soul, in Jesus name.
Father thank You because the name of our Lord Jesus is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and he is safe, in Jesus name.
Father, with your axe of fire, break down the authority and dominion of Satan and his host over the souls of men, in Jesus name.
Every kingdom of the earth raising itself against the Kingdom of God, be turned to irreparable pieces by the power in the blood of Jesus, in Jesus name.
