Today’s Reading:

Hebrew 2:5-9

Though the authorship of the book of Hebrews is unknown, it helps to reveal Christ as our eternal High Priest according to the order of Melchizedec

Verse 9 of the text for today corroborates Luke 2:52, “And he went down with them, and come to Nazareth and was subject unto them.”

As the whole world today misunderstand Christ’s humility as cowardice, Nations are each other’s throat for both control of economic power and warfare weapon. The Asian nations were oppressing, torturing, and killing those who brought the good news to them and those who received it. The African nations are busy stealing money, oppressing the poor, and ritualist, cannibals, kidnappers, terrorists of various names are having a fulfilled day as they waste human lives. The European nations are going deeper into homosexuality, lesbianism, transgender, bisexuality, incest, Paedophilia, bestiality, rape, to mention just a few of all the happenings. Yet, the creator sits back and watch.

But today as I write, the whole word from East to West and North to South are almost on a stand still because people are dying in their thousands even afraid to go out because of an invisible pandemic that the renowned scientists do not even understand yet. This gives us a glimpse of exactly what transpired in Egypt (Gen. 7:14 to Chapter 1).

And no doubt Lord, the whole world declares “Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord. Neither are there any works like unto thy works.

All nations whom thou has made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord, and shall glorify they name.

  1. Lord Jesus, for the sale of the stripes you received, and the humiliation you went through over 2000 years ago, heal the world, in Jesus name.

  2. Through this occurrence, draw men to yourself, in Jesus name.

  3. Let it be known that only you can save as you saved Israel out of slavery. Lord Jesus, save the world, in Jesus name.

  4. During and after this pandemic, hope have been lost, livelihood destroyed, Lord you paid for hundred- and thirty-years wages in one day, restore us your people, in Jesus name.
