Today’s Reading:
Psalm 53:1

"THE fool hath said in his heart, there is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good".
Whatever action a man takes here on earth would first be orchestrated by him in his heart. Whether good or bad. A lot of people within and outside the house of God, even in public life, act in a way that suggests such individuals have never known God. In the church sphere, they corrupt their positions and do abominable iniquity, just as they will do in public clime.
The summation is: they act foolishly when there is no consideration for the Lord in their actions or calculations. They can act in wicked and dastardly ways without reference to heaven or God; all the bad and evil characteristics are present in their bone marrow. All these are a result of their foolishness. No knowledge of Christ, divine direction or wisdom from God for them to have a clear conscience and a wise heart.
Therefore, let us seek the face of God for divine direction, to be able to do His will and fear him at all times.
ABIODUN GEORGE
To surrender your life to Christ, say this prayer aloud. “Father, I acknowledge my sin against You. I repent and ask for forgiveness, in the name of Jesus. I surrender to the Lordship of Jesus. By the power of Your Holy Spirit, take control of my heart and lead me in Your path of righteousness. Thank you, Lord.”
If you said the prayer, Congratulations! You are welcome to the body of Christ. Prayerfully look for a living church and meet the resident reverend, pastor or priest.
Prayer:
Power of worldly evil attachment in my life dies in the name of Jesus.
Arrow of foolishness in the things of the Lord in my life, return to your sender in the name of Jesus.
Satanic thoughts occupying my heart die in the name of Jesus.
I refuse to be spiritually foolish in the name of Jesus.
The mercy of God speaks for me where I cannot speak for myself in the name of Jesus.
