Standing On God's Promise

Today’s Reading:

Psalm 16.

"You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore." (v. 11)

He says.... before you call, He will answer and while you are yet speaking, He will hear. Isaiah 65:24

What a comforting word from the Father of Grace.

What a comforting word from a loving Father, who forgives our sins and iniquities, And daily load us with benefits.

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

* Are you faint and feeble because your way is rough, and you are weary?

*What is that challenge facing you?

* Are you burdened with heavy load of iniquities?

* Is the World mocking you and asking where is your God?

* Are your children becoming children of Belial?

* Are you having trouble in your marriage?

*Are you in bondage of any kind?

*Or you do not even know who you are? There is Total confusion.

JUST NAME YOUR EXPECTATION & CHALLENGE.

THE PROMISE IS RIGHT THERE IN THE BIBLE ; ALL FOR YOU.

ISAIAH 40:29 " HE GIVETH POWER TO THE FAINT.

*CHECK IT OUT.

* Take it back to the Great Promiser, when you read such a promise, ask him to fulfil his own word.

* Take that promise to the Throne continually, do not plead anything else, but go to God over and over again with this - " Lord thou hast said it, do as thou hast said".

What is God asking in return? Micah 6:8 "He hath shewed thee, O man, what us good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with the God?

Go to him as you Are:

A Sinner. A Gossip. A fornicator. An Adulterer. Spiritually dull and lazy.

YOU HAVE NO MERIT OF YOUR OWN TO PLEAD...

THIS SONG SAID IT ALL:

" I hear the Saviour say

Thy strength indeed is small

Child of weakness, Watch & pray

Find in me thing all in all...

CHORUS:

Jesus paid it all

All to him I owe

Sin has left a crimson stain

He washed it white as snow."

Prayer Points:

1. Lord Jesus Christ increase in me daily in Jesus name.

2. O God Arise and deliver me from every self-imposed bondage in Jesus

name.

3. Lord Jesus, let me be a shining light in the midst of darkness in the name of

Jesus.

4. O God Arise and strengthen the church of God to expand daily in Jesus

name.

5. Lord Jesus, let your Peace reign in our Nation in the name of Jesus.
