Today's Reading:
Matthew 9:32-38
"Then saith he unto his disciples, the harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few".
(v. 37)
Have you ever imagine why lots of regions, territories, land, and nations, are still in deep idolatry, pervasion, wars, sin, and wickedness? It is because the gospel has not been fully preached there. Romans:10:15 says: "how can they preached except they are sent". This answer is a critical one, that calls for the need to be examined.
Jesus made this statement, and the statement was made because it was harvest time, but the labourers were few. To be candid, in this generation we have millions of vessels, but the genuine ones are few. Sin has engulfed the heart of many who would have been useful in the vineyard. Simeon, likewise many people have been distracted by the cares of this life, while some would have been yielded but are under demonic siege.
The Bible says in the last days, many will fall off the way, not just falling away of some believers was prophesied, but also the abounding of iniquity. The world is in chaos, many souls are far away from the knowledge of God. Many will go to hell if they die today, while many have not even heard the gospel. The whole world is in confusion. Likewise, many are seeking answers and solutions from dark places because they do not know Christ. lf Christ was preached to many that had died, they would not have gone to hell. This is why there is an urgent need for men and women who will take the gospel to the unreached territory to harvest the souls of men.
God is looking for available, genuine, dedicated, and committed labourers. The work is not for angles, but for you and I, all believers to reach out to the unsaved souls (Mt. 28: 18-20). Truly, LABOURERS ARE NEEDED URGENTLY, will you answer this call?

Prayer:
Oh Lord, my Father, arise and send labourers into Your vineyard for the harvest of souls into Your kingdom, in Jesus name.
Every power attacking the availability of workmen for service in the vineyard die, in Jesus name.
Holy Spirit of God draws men and women into Your vineyard, in Jesus name.
Oh Lord, bring faithful and dedicated labourers for the vineyard, in Jesus name.
Oh Lord, bring faithful and dedicated leaders into Your Church, that will see their roles as a calling, and not an avenue to amass wealth, in Jesus name.
