Today's Reading:

Psalm 39:1-13; Job28:12-28

Beloveth, in life trouble, abounds, but it is only God that can save. For a believer to be able to survive in this world, he or she needs to be confident in the Lord. Trouble is when things go against one's wishes, difficult situations, bad and unfriendly situations and so on. The psalmist knows that trouble abound everywhere, and the major cause is a sin or, the wicked’s attack. That is why he said, “I will take heed to my ways that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.”

At a time like this, you need to wait on the Lord, because as a believer your hope is in Him. At a time of trouble, you need to do away with all forms of transgressions so as not to be reproached by the foolish.

Believers, we need to operate in the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. Again, in the time of trouble, we need to pray, so that you are not engulfed by the trouble.

  1. Powers shooting trouble into my life and family, the Lord is against you, die in the name of Jesus.

  2. Power of the Living God to overcome every trouble of life, I and my family are available, locate us now in the name of Jesus.

  3. My hope in the Lord shall not be thwarted, in the name of Jesus.

  4. Glory of the Living God, overshadow me and my family, in the name of Jesus.

  5. Father, grant unto Your ministers and pastors, the boldness to proclaim the truth about the Good News of Salvation, in Jesus name.
