Today’s Readings:

It is a wonderful thing to belong to the Lord’s family. All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. Romans 3:23. The power of redemption is indescribable. Paul says that I may know him and the power of his resurrection. If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature 2 Corinthians 5: 17. God protects his children. He kills for them. He removes obstacles in their ways. One becomes untouchable by wicked powers. Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. Psalm 105:15.
He reveals secrets to his sons and daughters Deuteronomy 29 v.29. Daniel 2 v. 22. He communes with them as in the case of Adam and Eve. He shares what he wants to do with them as with Abraham. The bible in 1Thessalonians 5v.17 admonishes us to pray without ceasing. When you pray to him, he grants your request because he is our father. There is no power that has ever challenged God and won. Pharaoh did it and perished in the Red Sea. Sennacherib boasted against him and died like a fowl. God is the “I AM THAT I AM.” He is the omnipotent and omnipresent. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He is mysterious. There is no person on earth that can fitly describe his totality.
Nebuchadnezzar allowed pride to overtake him and he was humbled by God. He turned him into an animal for seven years. Herod gave himself the glory that belongs to God and was immediately eaten up by worms. God is awesome. He is the great Shepherd. He supplies all our needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We can do all things through Christ that strengthens us.

Prayer:
The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High.
Oh Lord my father visit me in a new way today, in the name of Jesus.
Resurrection power of God revive all my dead blessings in the name of Jesus.
By your name Yahweh O LORD, reveal yourself to me and my family in a wonderful way in the name of Jesus.
With Your mercy and power, O Lord, revisit all Christian homes at the verge of collapse, save, deliver, heal and transform lives, in Jesus name.
By your name EL SHADDAI O LORD let your praise never cease in your Church, in the name of Jesus.
Let all nations experience your glory, in the name of Jesus Amen
